At Slokish, we strive to ensure that you receive products of the highest quality. However, in the rare event that you encounter an issue, please carefully review our return policy below:
- No Returns on Non-Damaged Products
- We do not accept returns for products that are free from defects or damage. Please ensure you select the correct size, color, and design when placing your order.
- Please note that the color shown in the image may have slight variations due to lighting during the product shoot.
- Returns for Damaged Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request a return or replacement.
- Unboxing Video Requirement
- To process a return for a damaged product, you must record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening your package.
- The video should begin before unsealing the package and clearly show the damage or defect in the product.
- Return Request Process
- Submit the unboxing video and a detailed description of the issue to our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
- Non-Eligible Items
- Products that show signs of use, damage caused by mishandling after delivery, or missing unboxing videos will not be eligible for return.
